Garden City Community Building

The Garden City Community Building, constructed in 1990 as a collaborative effort between the City of Garden City and local residents, is a 40-by-80-foot facility available for rental through City Hall. The building features a full kitchen, restroom facilities, a piano, and can accommodate approximately 150 people, hosting family reunions, receptions, parties, and meetings throughout the year. Located within walking distance of City Park, the Aquatics Center, and Baseball fields, the facility has been further enhanced through improvements funded by a generous estate donation from longtime resident Zara Boals.
