Harvest Outreach: Loaves & Fishes

Harvest Outreach Ministries’ Loaves & Fishes program has provided free hot meals to those in need in Hannibal, Missouri for over 20 years, operating under 501(c)(3) nonprofit status since 2015. The program serves approximately 1,000 meals monthly Monday through Friday from 5 to 6 p.m. at 413 Broadway, and offers weekend food boxes on Fridays, while also partnering with Feeding America to distribute groceries to community members without income verification requirements. Founded originally in 1999 as God’s Harvesters, Loaves & Fishes is part of the larger Harvest Outreach Ministries, which provides sober living residences, life coaching, and various support services, with dedicated volunteers from area churches and civic groups helping serve the poor, homeless, and vulnerable residents.
