Missouri Valley Comm Action

Missouri Valley Community Action Agency (MVCAA) is a nonprofit organization serving low-income and middle-income individuals across seven counties including Carroll, Chariton, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, Ray, and Saline counties in Missouri. Located in Higginsville, the agency provides advocacy and support services including Head Start and Early Head Start programs, energy assistance, crisis intervention, and back-to-school services to residents in need.
