Texas County Food Pantry Inc.

Texas County Food Pantry Inc. is a nonprofit organization incorporated in March 1990, founded when church pantries consolidated to serve the poverty-stricken residents of Texas County, Missouri. Located at 102A East State Route 17 in Houston, the organization provides supplemental food to over 1,700 people monthly and offers additional emergency assistance to homeless individuals, veterans, and domestic violence victims. The pantry operates an associated thrift store offering clothing, household goods, and personal hygiene items to those in need, and serves as the Texas County Salvation Army Service Unit.
