Souls Harbor Joplin- Shelter

Souls Harbor is a Christ-centered nonprofit homeless shelter and human services organization established in 1982 in Joplin, Missouri. Located at 915 South Main Street in downtown Joplin, the 48-bed facility provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, meals served twice daily, a free clothing and household items store, and food pantry assistance to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The organization operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supported entirely by churches, organizations, businesses, and individuals, with no government funding, and operates a warming center during extreme cold weather as part of its commitment to helping people move toward permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
