Calvary Community Outreach Network

Calvary Community Outreach Network (CCON) is a nonprofit organization established in 1994 to serve the Kansas City community through innovative health and social service programs. Located at 2940 Holmes Street in Kansas City, MO, CCON provides food assistance, fitness programming through its Wellness Center, HIV/AIDS prevention education, youth development initiatives, and community health partnerships with local churches. The organization is dedicated to improving the length and quality of life of urban core Kansas City residents through education, empowerment, and collaborative partnerships.
