Family Promise of the Northland

Family Promise of the Northland is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization headquartered at 4406 NE 45th Terrace in Kansas City, MO, committed to helping unhoused and housing insecure families and individuals in Clay and Platte Counties achieve self-sufficiency. Founded in 2013 and officially beginning operations in 2014, the organization is one of over 200 Family Promise affiliates nationwide and is completely volunteer-driven. The organization provides shelter, food, comprehensive support services, and a free day center with amenities including laundry facilities, internet access, and showers to help guests develop life skills through individualized case management and work toward permanent employment and housing.
