Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry

Metropolitan Lutheran Ministry is a nonprofit organization founded on December 5, 1971, with the primary purpose of serving Jesus Christ more effectively in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The organization helps families and individuals break the cycle of poverty by providing housing, food security, healthcare, education, employment services, and other emergency assistance to support personal stability and self-sufficiency. Based at 3031 Holmes Street in Kansas City, Missouri, MLM operates community assistance centers across Jackson and Clay Counties in Missouri and Wyandotte County in Kansas, serving residents of all races and religions.
