reStart, Inc. is a nonprofit organization located at 918 East 9th Street in Kansas City, Missouri, dedicated to empowering people facing or experiencing homelessness through a comprehensive continuum of housing and support services. For nearly 40 years, the organization has served all homeless populations including individuals, families, unaccompanied youth, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those experiencing mental health challenges, offering programs such as emergency shelter, transitional housing, rapid rehousing, street outreach, and substance use prevention initiatives.
