New Life Evangelistic Center

New Life Evangelistic Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located at 2428 Woodson Road in Overland, Missouri, dedicated to serving the poor and homeless in Saint Louis and beyond. Founded in 1972 by Rev. Larry and Penny Rice, the center provides food, clothing, shelter, education, job training, and physical, mental, and spiritual health care services, operating multiple locations across Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and Kansas. The organization reflects its Christian values by serving those facing poverty, homelessness, addiction, and abuse with compassion and dignity.
