MISSOURI OZARKS COMMUNITY ACTION, INC.

Missouri Ozarks Community Action, Inc. (MOCA) is a nonprofit organization serving low-income residents across nine counties in the Ozarks region of Missouri, with offices in Richland and Owensville. The organization provides comprehensive assistance programs including emergency rent and utility bill assistance, weatherization services to improve home energy efficiency, employment and education support, life skills training, and tax preparation assistance. MOCA also administers the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and operates a leadership training program to build community capacity and empowerment.
