Grace House

Grace House is a nonprofit thrift store located at 2638 Lafayette Street in Saint Joseph, Missouri, founded and directed by Ruth Costello. The store provides free clothing (sizes baby to 3X) and household items to community members, operating on a “free for a smile” basis with hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings. Grace House serves the Saint Joseph community through its retail operations and community-focused initiatives, including an annual back-to-school event that distributed supplies and shoes to over 1,310 children in recent years.
