Community Outreach Center by TCG (The Connecting Grounds) is a no-barrier resource center located at 3000 W. Chestnut Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, offering warm meals, clothing, survival gear, and community resources to individuals experiencing need. As a nonprofit organization, TCG also operates street outreach efforts and crisis cold weather shelters to serve Springfield’s homeless and vulnerable populations.
