Freeway Ministries

Freeway Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Springfield, MO that serves individuals recovering from addiction and those who are incarcerated through discipleship houses and recovery programs. Founded by Pastor John Stroup, the ministry provides community outreach including weekly meals, clothing banks, hygiene products, and correspondence programs aimed at reaching incarcerated individuals. The organization also operates The Legacy Center, a community hub offering youth mentoring, skills training, and faith-based programming for at-risk children and families in Springfield’s West Central neighborhood.
