Rare Breed Youth Services

Rare Breed Youth Services is a nonprofit program of The Kitchen, Inc. that serves homeless and at-risk youth ages 13-24 in downtown Springfield, Missouri. Operating as a drop-in center at 301 N Main Avenue since 2000, the organization provides immediate access to basic needs and community services including meals, case management, computer lab access, and life skills training. Rare Breed collaborates with multiple community agencies and participates in regional homelessness prevention efforts through the Ozarks Alliance to End Homelessness.
