Victory Mission + Ministry HQ

Victory Mission + Ministry is a nonprofit organization founded in 1976 by Rev. and Mrs. Everett Cook to address homelessness in Springfield, Missouri. Located at 1715 North Boonville Avenue, the organization operates Southwest Missouri’s largest homeless shelter and provides comprehensive programs including emergency shelter, job training, workforce development through initiatives like WorkReady BootCamp, and long-term restoration programs designed to help individuals and families leave poverty, rebuild their lives, and gain financial independence. The organization is currently undertaking a $22 million expansion project to replace its aging 70-year-old facility with a modern campus that will increase shelter capacity by 30 percent and better serve the region’s growing homelessness crisis.
