Victory Mission WorkReady + Outreach Center

Victory Mission + Ministry is a nonprofit organization serving Springfield, Missouri since 1976, dedicated to helping individuals leaving poverty and homelessness rebuild their lives through comprehensive programs including emergency shelter, workforce development, and long-term restoration. The WorkReady + Outreach Center, located at 700 W. Chase Street, equips clients with job skills, resume building, interviewing, and financial literacy through its intensive WorkReady BootCamp program while also providing street outreach and a mobile food pantry. Victory Mission operates with a faith-based approach, serving as a vital community resource addressing local causes of homelessness, hunger, and unemployment through intentional relationships and holistic support.
