O.A.S.I.S. (Outreach Assistance Serving Individuals in St. Charles County) Food Pantry is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charity that has served St. Charles County residents since 1990, when it was founded by volunteers from three Lutheran churches. Operating as an independent, ecumenical food pantry with a dedicated volunteer staff, O.A.S.I.S. provides fresh, frozen, and canned foods along with basic hygiene and household items to qualified residents of St. Charles County. The organization also operates a companion thrift store whose proceeds support the pantry's operations and food purchasing efforts.
