Dogtown Little Free Pantry

About

The Dogtown Little Free Pantry is a community food pantry and library founded by Theresa Weisbrod and her son Joe in September 2020, located on Clayton Avenue in the Dogtown neighborhood of St. Louis. The pantry provides food, books, and personal care items free to the entire community and was created after the Weisbrod family received excess food from another local pantry during the pandemic. The pantry operates as a grassroots initiative maintained by neighborhood volunteers and has expanded to include a hot beverage booth and gardening bench, serving both housed and unhoused individuals in need.
