Gateway180 is Missouri’s largest emergency and transitional living shelter for families, located at 1000 N 19th Street in St. Louis. Founded in 2010, the nonprofit organization provides 24-hour emergency shelter, meals, case management, housing support, job training, and comprehensive life skills programs to women, children, and families experiencing homelessness. Gateway180’s mission is to empower adults and families to achieve independence and permanent housing, offering individualized support and resources including mental health services, financial literacy, job readiness training, and housing placement assistance.
