North Sarah Food Hub

North Sarah Food Hub, located on North Sarah Street in St. Louis, is a nonprofit organization founded by Gibron Jones that operates as the processing and distribution hub of a vertically integrated food system dedicated to food justice and food access. Since opening in 2020, the organization has distributed over 3.5 million meals and 4.5 million pounds of produce to neighborhoods throughout St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and East St. Louis, while also supporting local farmers and providing a shared commercial kitchen space for food entrepreneurs.
