The Salvation Army Gateway Citadel Corps Community Center

The Salvation Army Gateway Citadel Corps Community Center, located at 824 Union Road in South St. Louis County, has been serving the community since 1971 as a Christian church, community center, and nonprofit social service agency. The center provides a wide range of basic needs programs including food assistance, recreational activities like basketball and fitness classes, before and after school care, and youth programs. Operating as part of The Salvation Army’s Midland Division, it is led by ordained Officers who deliver programs addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while working to rebuild lives and create lasting community change.
