LCCOA Community Center

The Lincoln County Council on Aging operates the LCCOA Community Center at 1380 Boone Street in Troy, Missouri, serving the community for over 45 years as a nonprofit organization. The center provides nutritious meal delivery to homebound seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities throughout Lincoln County, along with on-site congregate dining, transportation, and various free activities and evidence-based programs available to all community members regardless of age. Since expanding its mission beyond seniors, LCCOA has become a vital community hub offering meal services, social engagement opportunities, and wellness programs that have been shown to improve clients’ mental and physical health while reducing isolation and food insecurity.
