Johnson County Community Health Services

Johnson County Community Health Services (JCCHS), established in 1975 and located at 723 PCA Road in Warrensburg, Missouri, is a nonprofit multi-purpose health agency that serves Johnson, Lafayette, and Pettis counties. The organization operates three divisions—Home Health, Public Health, and WIC Programming—providing federally certified and state-licensed services including skilled nursing, home health aides, immunizations, health screenings, and nutrition education.
