St Peter’s United Church

St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, located at 20 E Fifth Street in Washington, Missouri, was founded in 1844 as the first Protestant congregation in town. A United Church of Christ denomination member since 1957, the congregation emphasizes worship, Christian education, charity, outreach and community service in its commitment to Christ’s ministry. The church continues to serve the Washington community with regular worship services and hosts community events such as its Festival of Trees.
