FAST Blackfeet Food Center

FAST Blackfeet (Food Access & Sustainability Team) is a nonprofit organization in Browning dedicated to improving food security, providing nutrition education, and building food sovereignty within the Blackfeet Nation. The Ō'yō'·ṗ' Food Pantry operates as a need-based resource that welcomes community members to take home healthy foods including fresh produce, frozen meat, and locally sourced items, while also supplying mini pantries in outlying reservation communities. The organization combines social services with cultural practices to address food insecurity, and is currently developing a new multi-million-dollar Food Resource Center featuring expanded storage, a teaching kitchen, and a community garden.
