Blue Valley Community Action

Blue Valley Community Action Partnership (BVCA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1966 that serves families and communities throughout Nebraska and north central Kansas. Located in Beatrice and operating multiple locations across the region, BVCA develops community activities and programs to eliminate the causes and conditions of poverty, offering services including emergency food and shelter assistance, the WIC nutrition program, housing assistance, healthcare services, and support for seniors through programs like the Foster Grandparent initiative.
