Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership

Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership (ENCAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1965 that provides social and human services to individuals and families facing poverty in Douglas and Sarpy counties, with a Bellevue office located at 1908 Hancock Street.
