Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership (CNCAP) was established in 1965 to assist individuals and families in achieving self-sufficiency through innovative community-based programs. Located at 3286 53rd Avenue in Columbus, NE, CNCAP is a nonprofit organization offering a comprehensive range of services including housing programs, emergency food assistance, weatherization, Head Start and Early Head Start, immunizations, case management, and veteran support services across a 25-county service area in central and northern Nebraska.
