Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska

Catholic Social Services of Southern Nebraska is a nonprofit organization founded in 1932 in response to the Great Depression and is an agency of the Catholic Diocese of Lincoln. Headquartered in Lincoln, CSS serves 24,000 square miles in southern Nebraska regardless of faith, offering comprehensive programs including family support services, food pantry assistance, emergency rent and utility assistance, refugee and immigration services, and the St. Gianna Program for survivors of domestic violence. The organization also operates thrift stores across Nebraska and has been recognized for its commitment to helping vulnerable populations achieve self-sufficiency and dignity.
