Community Crops

Community Crops is a nonprofit organization based in Lincoln, Nebraska that provides education, advocacy, and experiences to grow local food through a network of community gardens and a training farm. Operating as a program of Family Service Lincoln, Community Crops coordinates multiple community garden sites across the city, offering affordable access to land, tools, seeds, and water while serving over 900 gardeners from diverse backgrounds. The organization particularly supports refugee, immigrant, and vulnerable populations, including programs such as the Yazidi Farmer Outreach and Education Project and the Growing Farmers Program.
