Fresh Start Inc

Fresh Start Inc. is a nonprofit transitional shelter located at 6433 Havelock Avenue in Lincoln, Nebraska that empowers women experiencing homelessness to achieve self-sufficiency. The organization provides a safe, structured, alcohol and drug-free environment with housing, food, clothing, case management, and supportive services including employment resources, health services, and counseling. As the only NARR (National Alliance for Recovery Residences) certified organization in Nebraska, Fresh Start operates a 24-bed facility serving women aged 19 and above for up to one year while they work toward independence.
