Little Free Pantry

Little Free Pantry operates a network of weather and animal-proof structures distributed throughout Lincoln, Nebraska that provide free food and essential items to community members in need. Founded by Michael Reinmiller, the initiative has expanded to include dozens of pantries across the city, with residents and organizations stocking them with non-perishable goods, hygiene products, and paper items on a volunteer basis. Operating on a “take what you need, leave what you can” principle, Little Free Pantry is a grassroots movement focused on community compassion and ensuring no one in Lincoln goes hungry.
