Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, Nebraska City

Saint Mary’s Catholic Church is a parish of the Catholic Church in Nebraska City, Nebraska, part of the Diocese of Lincoln, located at 218 North 6th Street. Established in 1869 to serve the English-speaking faithful, the parish serves the community through regular Masses and is the mother church of Lourdes Central Catholic Schools in Nebraska City. The current Romanesque-style church and rectory were built and dedicated on July 12, 1942, replacing an earlier brick church the parish had remodeled in the 1880s.
