Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership

Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (NENCAP) is a nonprofit social services organization serving Antelope, Burt, Cedar, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Dodge, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Stanton, Thurston, Washington and Wayne Counties from its Norfolk, NE location. The organization provides emergency food assistance, WIC services, weatherization programs, free tax preparation, and rental and utility assistance to low-income families and individuals throughout the region.
