Abide Omaha

Abide is a faith-based nonprofit founded in 1989 by Ron and Twany Dotzler that works to revitalize Omaha’s inner-city neighborhoods by building safer communities, stronger families, and emerging leaders. Located on a 23-acre campus near 45th and Spencer Streets (the former Nebraska School for the Deaf), Abide provides comprehensive programs including family support, community building, youth leadership development through basketball, and food assistance through the Better Together Food Pantry. The organization has earned a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator and is actively involved in neighborhood transformation efforts throughout north Omaha.
