Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership

Eastern Nebraska Community Action Partnership (ENCAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Omaha, Nebraska, that has served Douglas and Sarpy Counties since its founding in 1965. ENCAP provides comprehensive social and human services to reduce poverty, including financial hardship assistance, senior wellness programs, food support, and mental health services, serving more than 20,000 individuals annually through direct service and community partnerships.
