Generation Diamond

Generation Diamond is a nonprofit organization located in South Omaha, Nebraska, founded in 2016 by Blanca Mejia. The organization empowers adults age 19 and older through transitional programs and services, including immediate assistance with food, clothing, housing, and hygiene, as well as longer-term programs featuring job skills training, employment networking, and free laser tattoo removal services for those reintegrating into society. Generation Diamond serves individuals experiencing homelessness and those with justice system involvement, helping them achieve stable employment, housing, and food security while operating multiple programs including free tattoo removal services at the facility and at the Omaha Correctional Center.
