Heartland Hope Mission

Heartland Hope Mission is a Christian faith-based nonprofit located at 2021 U Street in Omaha, Nebraska, dedicated to helping working families and individuals achieve self-sufficiency and food security. The organization provides a week’s worth of groceries, clothing, diapers, and hygiene items, along with case management, job resources, community referrals, and specialized programs including senior pantry deliveries, youth mentoring, crisis response, and a holiday program that provides toys to over 5,000 children at Christmas. Beyond their main location, Heartland Hope Mission operates outreach pantries in Valley, Macy, and Walthill, serving the broader region with comprehensive support services designed to empower families to make positive changes in their lives.
