Holt County Economic Development

Holt County Economic Development (HCED) is an economic development agency founded in 2007 serving all of Holt County in North Central Nebraska, with operations based in O’Neill. The organization provides existing and start-up businesses with technical assistance, education, grant and loan programs, business planning, and job posting services to enhance economic vitality and community growth across the county’s eight communities.
