Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership NENCAP

Northeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership (NENCAP) is a private, non-profit corporation headquartered in Pender, Nebraska, chartered in 1966 to combat poverty across a 14-county service area. The organization provides comprehensive services including food assistance, housing support through rent and utility assistance, weatherization programs, early childhood education, and veteran support services to income-eligible residents throughout Northeast Nebraska.
