Saint Mary’s Catholic Church, Sutton

St. Mary Catholic Church, formally known as the Church of the Immaculate Conception, is a Catholic parish located at 312 S. Saunders Avenue in Sutton, Nebraska. Established following the first Mass in Sutton on June 15, 1871, the present neo-Romanesque church was dedicated on October 9, 1907, and continues to serve the Catholic community with regular Mass times. The church is part of the Diocese of Lincoln and is known for its distinctive architectural features, including a unique triple barrel vaulted ceiling.
