Waverly Community Foundation

The Waverly Community Foundation, established in 1989 in Waverly, Nebraska, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in the community. Located at 11120 N 141st Street, the foundation owns and operates Jaycee Park, a comprehensive recreational facility featuring a community center with capacity for 300 people, baseball and softball fields, sand volleyball courts, a picnic shelter, and playground equipment. Operated entirely by an all-volunteer board and community volunteers, the foundation completed its social hall facility in 1998 and hosts numerous community events including the Annual Waverlyfe Street Dance, wedding receptions, business meetings, and family reunions, while also serving as home to the Waverly Community Public Library.
