WCHS’s Women, Infant, and Children (WIC) Program
About
The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska WIC Program, operated by the Winnebago Public Health Department, provides free nutritious foods, breastfeeding support, nutrition education, and referrals to healthcare and community services for pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to age 5. Located at 117 S. Bluff St. in Winnebago, NE, the program serves eligible low-income families in the community, helping them navigate wellness and keep their children healthy. The program is a federal USDA initiative and does not require proof of citizenship or immigration status.
