Four Corners Health Department

Four Corners Health Department, established in February 2003, serves Butler, Polk, Seward, and York Counties in Nebraska with a mission to promote health, prevent disease, and protect the environment. Located in York, the health department monitors public health risks, coordinates emergency responses, and enforces Nebraska public health standards while offering comprehensive programs in immunizations, environmental health, behavioral health, and community wellness.
