York Area Senior Center

The York Area Senior Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located at 725 Nebraska Avenue in downtown York, Nebraska, serving adults 55 and older since opening in August 2002. The center offers a comprehensive range of programs including education, entertainment, health services, and daily meals, along with special events such as monthly fundraising dinners, movie days, and holiday parties. As part of the York Community Center complex, seniors also enjoy access to recreational facilities including an indoor pool, hot tub, courts, and game rooms, while the center additionally hosts rotating cultural exhibits from the Palmer Museum.
