Senior Meals of Coös County TCCAP – Colebrook

Senior Meals of Coös County is a program of Tri-County Community Action Program (TCCAP), a nonprofit that has served the communities of Coös, Carroll, and Grafton Counties since 1965. The program provides nutrition and social opportunities for seniors throughout Coös County through congregate dining at multiple sites, including Colebrook, as well as home-delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) for homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities.
