Pleasant Street United Methodist Food Pantry

Food for the Hungry is an outreach mission of the Pleasant Street United Methodist Church serving Salem residents in need. Founded in the late 1970s, the food pantry provides healthy groceries in a compassionate environment while offering referrals to additional support services such as SNAP and fuel assistance. The pantry sources the majority of its food through the New Hampshire Food Bank and benefits from community partnerships including postal worker food drives and holiday turkey donations.
