Watsessing Splash Park Summer Meal Program – Main Location

The Watsessing Splash Park Summer Meal Program is operated by the City of East Orange's Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs as part of the federal Summer Food Service Program. The program serves free nutritious meals to children and youth during the summer months at Watsessing Park, a 69-acre Essex County park featuring recreational facilities including athletic fields, playgrounds, and a splash park. This community initiative combines summer meal assistance with recreational activities, providing families with access to both food and entertainment in a welcoming park environment.
