Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges

The Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges is a volunteer-powered nonprofit organization serving food-insecure residents of Orange, East Orange, and West Orange, New Jersey with supplemental food assistance and dignity. Founded as a collaborative effort of four religious congregations, the pantry operates a client-choice model that allows guests to select their own food based on family size rather than receiving pre-packaged bags, and offers specialized services including a diabetes program with health screenings and nutrition education in partnership with Summit Health Cares and Community FoodBank of NJ.
